Cancelation, Privacy and Pet Policy

This cancellation and privacy policy discloses the cancellation and privacy practices for Henson Cove Place Bed and Breakfast and its Web site www.hensoncoveplace.com and www.henson-cove-place.com. This cancellation and privacy policy applies solely to information collected by this web site. It will notify you of the following:


Include all guest services including a full gourmet breakfast between the hours of 8:30am and 10:00am, complimentary beverages, snacks and cozy accommodations. Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable taxes.


We Require a one night deposit at the time the reservation is being made and is guaranteed by a credit card or check only. The balance of the reservation is payable by credit card, cash or check upon checkout. The Cove Cabin requires a $100 Non-Refundable deposit tha is applied to your total.

Cancellations and Changes:

Require a 14-day notice. You are responsible for all nights of the reservation to the extent we cannot re-rent the room. There is a $25.00 fee for any date changes to your reservation. A $25.00 fee for room changes to your reservation prior to check-in. Any room change requests after check-in is a $50.00 fee if you are moved and is at the sole discreation of the staff. Reservations cancelled carry a $25.00 cancellation fee or forfeit of any vouchers/gift certificates. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice and no-shows will be charged the FULL amount of the room and dates reserved and/or forfeit of your voucher unless the room(s)/dates can be re-booked. Reserving the entire inn requires a non-refundable deposit of $500 and minimum 14 days cancellation notice. 

Early Departures:

If a guest checks out prior to the reserved check out date, the Inn will charge an early departure fee of one night.

Hours of Operation and Check-in:

Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday: 9:00am to 7:00pm, Saturday 10:00am to 7:00pm and Sunday 10:00am to 6:00pm. Check-in begins at 3:00 pm and goes till 6:00 pm. If you find you are going to be later then 6:00pm, please call us on our toll free number so that we can keep a special eye out for you. If we are not on the property a letter will be on the front or back doors (depending on what room you are in) showing you to your room and around the B&B. Extra person/room $15.00, Arrivals after 10:00pm or check-out after 11:30am without owner approval for late arrivals or late-checkouts will be charged a $25.00 fee - NO EXCEPTIONS!


Time is 11:00am. Depending on the situation, other times can be arranged. Please inquire with the innkeepers. We will work with you.

For the Comfort of Others:

There is no smoking inside the B&B or Cove Cabin. Smoking is allowed on any of the porches or outside while enjoying the lawn chairs. The B&B is more appropriate for children over 15. Please inquire further with the innkeepers. Our Cove Cabin is the only pet friendly accommodations on the property. No pets allowed in the B&B.


For the comfort of our guests and to prevent allergies, there are NO pets allowed in the Bed and Breakfast. We do allow small pets (dogs under 65lbs and cats - NO OTHER ANIMALS) in our Cove Cabin. See our Cove Cabin Policies for more information on pets.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure cloud based environment.
